All Bands on Deck Festival this weekend in Green Bay | WFRV Local 5


(WFRV) – This Saturday, you can see dozens of live bands perform in one space, along with great food and drink deals supporting local businesses.

Director of the Shipyard District, Tarl Knight joined Local 5 Live with only one of the participating bands, The Rusty Tambourine, which gave a live performance.

GREEN BAY – The Shipyard District, Inc. is proud to partner with National Bank Nicolet to announce its first annual All Bands On Deck Festival on Saturday, September 25 in the new Shipyard District of Green Bay, along South Broadway and State Street.

The festival will feature over 50 live band and songwriter performances in a dozen neighborhood bars and restaurants between 12 p.m. and 9 p.m. with a final fundraising show at 9 p.m. Also featured will be special offers on food and drink at participating businesses and shuttles for guests to cross between their favorite locations.

“The Shipyard District not only has a great variety of performance venues, but also a long history of supporting local bands, so we are proud to launch our new district with live, local and original music,” said Tarl Knight , director of The Shipyard. District, Inc. “In addition to year-round entertainment throughout the District, All Bands On Deck will be another way for the Shipyard District to become our city’s live music destination. “

The full festival program will be posted on Shipyard District social media and all participating sites.
