Al Seer Marine, MB92 Group and P&O Marinas announce today that they have signed a memorandum of understanding to form a joint venture to develop Dubai’s first dedicated superyacht refit and repair facility. This new, high-capacity shipyard will provide superyacht owners with a world-class custom refit service in the Gulf, the first of its kind in the region.Construction of the shipyard is expected to be completed in 2026, with the joint venture offering its superyacht repair and refit services from next year in 2023, as the start of this strategic plan.

Al Seer Marine has been seeking to develop a world-class superyacht service center and shipyard refit in the UAE since 2019 and, after discussions with P&O Marinas in Dubai, has found the perfect strategic partner to deliver the project.
